3. Return & Refund Policy 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return or refund: 

  • The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging; 

  • Include all accessories and a valid proof of purchase; 

  • Returns must be initiated in the country of original purchase. 

Exceptions (non-refundable items) include: 

  • Custom lighting orders; 

  • Clearance, “Sale” or “final sale” items. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we inspect the returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or shipped in error. 

 

4. Changes to Products and Services 

IXR Solutions, LLC reserves the right to: 

  • Modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice; 

  • Limit the availability of products or quantities; 

  • Suspend or terminate access to our website without liability. 

 

5. Warranties & Responsibility 

Our products include a limited manufacturer’s warranty of two years against defects in materials and workmanship. If a valid claim is received: 

  • We will repair or replace the item; 

  • We cover outbound shipping for replacements, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. 

IXR Solutions, LLC is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or damages caused by third-party components.   

IXR Solutions, LLC is not responsible for misuse, or damages caused by landscaping activities .
